Web Site Maintenance

Most maintenance on your site will be at no additional charge and in fact I encourage you to keep your site current and you are really the only one that will know when it is out of date.  Some people believe they can build a site and never do anymore just like hanging a picture on your wall.  That may appear true but unlike a picture websites need maintenance even though the look never changes.  It is almost like buying insurance you may have the same policy but the fee is due every few months and they never seem to get less.  Fees for owning domains were very high at one time but they dipped low when many registrars  were competing and then ICANN was formed and they introduced an annual fee and it seems server space gets larger and larger but so does the price.   so even when nothing changes your costs go up.  I have had one basic fee ever since I started and right now I do not want to change but eventually I will no longer be able to absorb the increases.  However the more you change your site the better it gets searched to some degree and so up to a point I will allow you to upgrade your site and update your pages add pictures and whatever you can think of but I do have to sleep and eat and a few other things so if you need changes too often I will be forced to charge a small fee for my time.
